Looking back, I understand that I have always invested in education: money, effort, time. It was precisely this that helped me change my life and achieve what I have: an online yoga school, material wealth, excellent family relationships, and robust health at the age of 57.

And a knee injury during karate training that almost turned me into a disabled person. According to doctors' predictions, by the age of 50, I was supposed to walk only with a cane. Fear and misunderstanding of what to do next led me to weight gaining of 140 kg.

In retrospect, I realize that I have always invested the following in education: money, effort, and time. It was precisely this that helped myself to change the life and achieve what I pursue now: an online yoga school, material wealth, excellent family relationships, and robust health at the age of 56.
Coming to this was helped by events that turned my life upside down: worked in the industry of energy security, for which I had to study a lot. And a knee injury during karate training that almost turned me into a disabled person. According to doctors' predictions, by the age of 50, I was supposed to walk only with a cane. Fear and misunderstanding of what to do next led me to weight gaining of 140 kg.
It was this event that allowed me to understand the effectiveness of body-oriented practices and to prove myself the effectiveness of it. I returned to normal, restored my knee and health thanks to Yoga, Qigong, and the knowledge and experience I gained throughout my life:
Since 1988 — master of Reiki, Qigong, and Taoist practices
Studied in Tibet led by the lamas with academic degrees
In 2017, graduated from the Faculty of Wellness Practices at RUDN University
In 2020, obtained a master’s degree in psychology and developed my own technique of body-oriented practices Yoga Qigong.
Since 2015, I opened my online yoga school, which has become one of the most effective schools in terms of practice.
